When i first learnt to skate, the first thing i learnt is how to fall. How to take a hit and adjust yourself to the obvious things that can happen during the activity. It is the process of learning and growing and this lesson has lived with me till today. I have fallen, and i am still falling… I fall many times a day. It happens and it is okay. When we fall it doesnt mean the end. Falling for any animal could mean the end of them, it means imminent demise. It is even reflected in how/what we use it the word for, when we use sentences containing the word fall, it carries some negative emotions. Common examples are the fallen, Fall out of , fall flat ,… Falling to pieces. We don’t have to feel sad, bad or shitty when it happens it is part of being alive.

“My favourite sentence that has “falling” in it that does not make me cringe is “Fall 7 times Get Up 8” It means; It doesn’t matter if we fall but what matters is if we get up from it no matter how many times we fall.

It is okay to fall. 🙂

A leaf does not choose to fall nor where it lands, however falls gracefully through the air. Learn to accept you will Fall, however getting back up is a choice. Always choose to stand in victory as we were built to do.
